Billing questions
Can I switch plans later?
Choose a plan from Billing. Each payment adds 30 days and applies the selected limits. Lower limits may pause service if usage is over quota.
What happens if a payment fails?
Renew manually from Billing. After a paid period ends, there is a 7-day grace period before service pauses. A failed checkout does not shorten an existing paid period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — a 7-day money-back guarantee from your first paid payment.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cancellation keeps access through the paid period, then pauses service. Request account deletion in Settings to schedule permanent deletion after 30 days.
