Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Easyzenit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Easyzenit provides server-side Google Tag Manager (sGTM) hosting — we deploy and manage a dedicated container for you, along with a subdomain, optional custom domain, SSL, and related infrastructure.

We do not configure your tracking setup, ad campaigns, or analytics goals inside GTM. That configuration remains entirely your responsibility, using your own GTM account.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

An enabled Trial plan offers a free trial for the duration displayed on Pricing, with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, if you haven't upgraded to a paid plan, your container is paused rather than deleted.

We may change trial terms (length, features included, or eligibility) for future signups at any time.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis in BDT, using the payment method you provide (bKash, Nagad, or card via SSLCommerz).

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Changes may take effect at the start of your next billing cycle unless stated otherwise at the time of the change.

Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy.

Please use the service lawfully and don't use it to send spam, distribute malware, violate someone else's rights, or otherwise misuse the infrastructure we provide.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in a way that harms the service, other customers, or third parties.

You are solely responsible for what you configure inside your own GTM account, including which platforms you connect (e.g. GA4, Meta, TikTok), what data you send, and whether that configuration complies with applicable privacy laws and each platform's own terms.

Easyzenit hosts the infrastructure your configuration runs on, but does not control or review the specific tags, triggers, or data you choose to send through it.

We work to keep the service reliable, including automated health monitoring and restarts, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

We'll try to give reasonable notice of planned maintenance that may affect availability where practical.

To the extent permitted by law, Easyzenit Technology Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or lost data, beyond amounts you've actually paid us in the preceding billing period.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

If a payment fails, we provide a grace period before pausing your container. Paused containers retain data for a period of time before permanent deletion, giving you a window to reactivate.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. This section is a placeholder pending formal legal review and may be updated.
