This Privacy Policy explains what information Easyzenit Technology Ltd. ("we", "us") collects when you use Easyzenit, and how we use it.

Account information: your name, email address, company name (if provided), and phone/WhatsApp number (if provided).

Billing information: transaction details from our payment providers (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz). We do not store full card numbers ourselves.

Service data: your GTM Server Container Config String (stored encrypted), container status, domain configuration, and usage metrics like request counts.

Technical data: standard log information such as IP address and browser type, used for security and troubleshooting.

To provide, operate, and maintain the service — including deploying your container, monitoring uptime, and processing billing.

To communicate with you about your account, trial status, billing, or service issues.

To improve the reliability and security of the service.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform — for example, our hosting provider, payment processors, and email delivery provider — solely so they can perform those services for us.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the service.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypting your GTM Config String at rest.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data protected.

We retain account and service data for as long as your account is active.

If your container is paused (trial expiry or payment failure), data is retained for a period of time to allow reactivation before being permanently deleted.

You can review or update your account information from your dashboard at any time, or contact us at easyzenit@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.

Our own website uses cookies for essential functionality and basic analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details. This is separate from any tracking configuration you set up using our hosted service for your own website.

Easyzenit is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
